If you / your family are struggling to obtain the items necessary to maintain good health, hygiene, and home cleanliness, Hello, Jean! wants to help. Our program aims to provide products free of charge monthly. We plan to either deliver packages or make them available for pickup on or about the 15^th of every month at public locations in Carroll & Howard County, Maryland.

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT ship items, and cannot deliver outside of our service area in Maryland.

If you are located outside of our service area, you may still enroll, however you would need to arrange for items to be picked up within our area.
